Ana i Dario Fiolić

From white wines, they produce top-quality Maraština, a young wine, and Maraština, aged in wooden barrels, for which they have received valuable domestic and international awards. Roses are made from Plavina and Grenache varieties, and the production of red wines is based on Merlot varieties, as well as two cuvees of Grenache and Syrah, as well as Merlot and Cabernet varieties.

In addition to wine, Fiolić Winery produces Maraška cherry liqueur and fig liqueur, for which it has received various awards and recognitions both domestically and internationally. The liqueurs are produced using the traditional method, handmade, and a special feature is that firstly desalinated and then demineralized seawater is used in the production, giving the liqueurs a unique taste.

FAMILY OWNED BUSINESS

Fiolić family began their wine production in 2006, first “experimenting” in their modest and charming cellar of their family home. At first, these were small quantities of wine exclusively for personal needs. However, enthusiasm, desire and love for winemaking, then great success in various competitions for quality excellence led them to establish a winery in 2016 and begin professional investments and increase production. At Fiolić Winery, Dario is responsible for creating top-quality wines, and his wife Ana helps with promotion, marketing and wine tastings.

Today, Fiolić Winery produces 30,000 bottles of wine and sells its products to catering establishments throughout the region, and as a small, boutique winery it is recognized and accepted on the market as one to offer top-quality wines of the region.
