Izrazita strukturiranost u okusu te savršena zaokruženost . Radi se je o jednom moćnom crvenom vinu koje će sa vremenom biti sve bolje. Poslužiti ga na temperaturi od 18 stupnjeva te svakako dekantirati minimalno sat vremena prije konzumacije. Sljubili bi ga sa odležanim steakovima, dalmatinskom pašticadom te zrelim ovčijim sirevima.
