Maraška
Maraška je stara hrvatska autohtona sorta ili podvrsta višnje najviše rasprostranjena u Ravnim kotarima. Ima snažnu aromu i odličnu kakvoću plodova zbog svoje visoke koncentracije suhe tvari. Upravo zbog toga je obožavan u likerskoj proizvodnji, ali i zbog niza drugih sastojaka koji utječu na organoleptiku proizvoda. Posebnom ljubavi ,velikim radom i drukčijim pristupom u proizvodnji (tradicija i „hand made“), proizveden je LIKER OD MARAŠKE „FIOLIĆ“ u Zadru. Proizvodi se od plodova maraške koji se maceriraju u lozovači uz dodatak odslanjenog demineraliziranog Jadranskog mora. Proces maceracije trajao je 12 mjeseci. Liker je prekrasnih organoleptičkih svojstava, ugodne ravnoteže alkohola ,šećera i kiselina te je pravi izbor za aperitiv i odličan sastojak za koktel.
Maraška is an old Croatian indigenous variety or subspecies of sour cherry, most widespread in Ravni Kotari area. It has a strong aroma and excellent fruit quality due to its high concentration of dry matter. It is adored in liqueur production for this very reason, but also because of a number of other ingredients that affect the organoleptic properties of the product. With special love, great work and a different approach to production (tradition and “handmade”), MARAŠKA LIQUEUR “FIOLIĆ” was produced in Zadar. It is made from Maraška fruits that are macerated in a grape still with the addition of demineralized Adriatic Sea water. The maceration process lasted 12 months. The liqueur has wonderful organoleptic properties, a pleasant balance of alcohol, sugar and acids, and is the right choice for an aperitif and an excellent ingredient for a cocktail.
